Miss Donegal Kirsty O’Donnell has proudly donated over €1,400 to Donegal Hospice.

The Letterkenny student ran a popular draw in collaboration with G&G Salon, where one lucky person won Phi Brows, a hair transformation and a makeup lesson donated by salon owner Aoibheann Walsh.

Kirsty’s raffle sought to raise money for a charity very close to her heart and she was delighted to hand over the cheque to the Hospice this week.

“Congratulations to Risa McGuiness the winner of the giveaway with all funds donated for the Hospice. So delighted to raise money for such an important place on our community that does great work and shows so much care for their patients and families,” Kirsty said.

Kirsty has also fundraised for Little Angels Special School as part of her Miss Donegal journey.

Kirsty is one of three young local women in the Miss Ireland 2021 final, which takes place in September. Also competing are Miss Donegal Town, Nicole Harron and Miss Donegal North, Layla Doherty.
