Today, I’m going to give you a day of recipes that you can use straight away and they all taste great.
The one thing that I hear time and time again is that people find it hard to make healthy food taste good.
So, here is a full day of food It has everything from breakfast to dessert and not only is it healthy AND tastes great, but I have also got the calories, protein, carbs and fat worked out for you.

PB&J Overnight Oats
Overnight oats have become hugely popular and this is a nice twist on the recipe.
At only 326 calories, you can make a healthy breakfast taste good again.
If you like pizza, but don’t like the calories and what it does to your waistline, this BBQ Pizza recipe is for you.
Packed full of flavour and taste and coming in at only 331 calories, you can have your pizza guilt free.
Chicken Katsu Curry
A really great recipe that turns the usual chicken curry recipe on its head.
With only 319 calories per serving, you can have great tasting dinners and still get in shape while eating them.
