Inspired by Darkness Into Light, Counsellor Sarah Barr shares the message that there is always hope, with a guide on where to find it:

This weekend I am so proud to be from Donegal. We have come together in our hundreds to take part in the Darkness Into Light walk throughout our county. Whether we have faced our own personal challenges with mental health or if we have lost a loved one from suicide.

We have come together.

We have supported each other.

We have started the conversation.

We have shown there is always HOPE.
