Tea & Toast, the Inishowen-based social group for mums, will have its first male speaker this week for their ninth meeting.

The Tea & Toast is an Inishowen-based group hosting casual meet-ups for mothers to get together and learn new tips and tools for taking care of their own mental well-being.

This month’s event on 22nd August will feature two guest speakers: Jason Cameron and Sharon Lynch.

Jason Cameron is a qualified hypnotherapist based in Buncrana.

Ahead of the meeting, Jason explained what hypnotherapy is and how he came to experience hypnotherapy himself :

“Hypnotherapy is a heightened state of awareness in which the subconscious mind can be reprogrammed to see things in a different way. Everyone has experienced hypnosis without even realizing it. Hypnotherapy can help with anxiety, weight loss, fears and phobias and sports performance issues. It can be applied to almost any issues even childbirth, pain control and many other areas.

“After suffering severe anxiety and panic attacks myself I had hypnotherapy done myself. It helped me to release the anger that I was holding onto which I never realized was there, which was causing distress within me. If you would like to find out more about hypnotherapy call me 0871466047.”

Sharon Lynch is both a Systematic (TASK Ireland) and Biokinesiologist from Buncrana.

In simple terms, Kinesiology is a natural health therapy that uses muscle testing to identify bio-chemical, structural, emotional & energy imbalances in the body and uses holistic techniques to bring the body back into balance.

Sharon Lynch – Donegal Kinesiology

Sharon’s interest in the human body stems back over 20 years where she graduated with an honours degree in Biology and has a particular interest in Biochemistry. Her career took her down various paths over the years. Several years ago after experiencing first-hand the benefits and after hearing of so many health success stories relating to Kinesiology, Sharon decided to train as a Kinesiologist herself.

She soon realised this was her true calling and now takes great satisfaction in assisting her clients to get back to health.

Sharon specialises in Biokinesiology which focuses on gut/digestive health, food intolerances, nutrition deficiencies, toxicity- parasites, viruses, bacteria, heavy metal & chemical toxicity, the body’s energy production pathway, liver pathways, hormone imbalances as these underpin many of today’s prevalent illnesses.
