So, look at it like this.
You can have a full bag of water that performs and looks well. โฃ
Or you can have a deflated wrinkled bag that feels and looks terrible.
Stop making excuses and start drinking more water in throughout the day. โฃ โฃ

People who hit 10k steps per day were shown to be less overweight than those who didn’t. It is also an easy, low impact way to get your cardio in.
