  1. It makes you Stronger.

When people hear the word strong, they can immediately think of having loads of muscles. But this isn’t the case. Being stronger has many benefits in life.
It makes daily life much easier.
You are less likely to injure yourself.
You will have less aches and pains in your back and joints.
Strength training is also one of the best ways to reduce the risk of osteoporosis in women.
If you aren’t lifting some weights in your training, it is time to start.
  2. Exercise makes you Healthier.

If you want to be healthier, you can eat healthier and you can exercise.
Regular exercise keeps your body active and will help strengthen your muscles, heart, lungs and improve your endurance levels.
It also helps to reduce the risk of a number of diseases and can help improve brain function and memory.
  3. It gives you more Energy.

While this may seem strange, that expending energy will give you energy, it is true.
The reason most people feel lethargic and tired all the time is because they aren’t moving their bodies enough.
Once you start exercising you are giving your body a reason to use all the stored energy it has and you will start to have more energy and feel more awake.
  4. Exercise helps you to sleep better.

If you have issue with sleep, either not being able to fall asleep or have broken sleep. Exercise could be the answer.
Like the energy levels above, exercise will help you to expend energy so when it comes to bedtime you should not only fall asleep easier, but also get more restful sleep.
  5. It can reduce daily Aches and Pains.

Exercise is one of the best way to combat aches and pains.
If you aren’t moving your body enough and are spending too much time sitting or laying about, then many of your aches and pains could be coming from your lack of exercise.
By moving your body more and strengthening your body and mainly your back, core, hips and hamstrings, you can alleviate many of the aches and pains you feel in daily life.

Exercise is one of the best ways to improve your body from the inside out.
It is also the fountain of youth that will keep you looking and feeling young well into your later years.
There are no downsides to exercise. So go and find a form that you like and will stick with and let’s start being active.
