From a first look at vistors' photos from Narin Beach, it's no wonder this cove has earned a Top 10 place on TripAdvisor's list of the Best Beaches in Ireland.

TripAdvisor has just named the top beaches in the world as voted for by millions of travellers, with one Donegal beach earning a place in the top 10 in Ireland.

Narin Beach in Portnoo, southwest Donegal was placed at number nine on the list of Best Beaches in Ireland. A visit to the beach was listed as the number one thing to do in Narin-Partnoo.

The 2km long sheltered cove beach on the Atlantic coast of Ireland is a hugely popular place for locals and tourists alike. The beach is also set within a designated natural heritage area and is a Blue Flag beach.

One reviewer describes the hotspot as a “stunning stop on the Wild Atlantic Way” other reviewers have labelled the location as “paradise”.

The TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice awards combine ratings from millions of explorers worldwide to form a picture of the world’s best destinations and residences.
