Donegal Rape Crisis Centre (DRCC), in partnership with Oath Studios, has created a short film documentary highlighting the valuable work they do in supporting survivors of sexual violence.

The film will also examine the charity’s urgent need for funding.

This powerful documentary, approximately 10 minutes in length, will be launched at a special event on February 2nd at 7pm in Sister Sara’s Letterkenny.

The film features interviews with DRCC staff members who share their insights into the essential services they provide, from counselling, alternative therapies and support to advocacy and education. Their stories will illuminate the profound impact of the DRCC’s work in helping individuals and communities heal from the effects of sexual violence.

A raffle will take place following the premiere, generously sponsored by local businesses like Century Cinemas, Sonny McSwines, and many more. The raffle will provide an opportunity to support the DRCC’s mission while also enjoying the chance to win fantastic prizes.

This event is open to the entire community and is completely free to attend.
