A Moville teacher was treated to a pamper and glam session yesterday on RTE’s Today programme, just in time for the weekend!

Anne Browne from Carndonagh (via Waterford, Cavan and Galway) was nominated for a makeover on Friday’s show. Anne, who teaches English and German Moville Community College, has been taking more time for herself after her fourth child went off to college.

She was also celebrating a great personal achievement, having lost two stone.

Anne was treated to a new hairdo, makeup and a colourful styling session by the Today #glamsquad – Pamela Morrissey, Fiona Hayes and MUA Mark Rogers.

The makeover was a great success, and Anne stepped out looking radiant in red with a beautiful new haircut and colour.

In addition to the makeover, Anne was also gifted a two-night break, dinner and spa treatment at the luxurious 4* Newpark Hotel in Kilkenny – much to the delight of her sister Mairead, who nominated her!
