TWO fabulously festive pop-up shops have opened in Ardara and Glenties – much to the delight of local Christmas lovers.
Paula Bonner is back with not one, but two Bows & Wreaths shops this year, stocking showstopping pieces from all over the world.
After the success of the Glenties shop in recent years, Paula decided to bring her signature Christmas creations to Ardara too. Festive fans have travelled from as far as Dublin to stock up on the rare items to spruce up their homes.
Two years of pandemic and Christmases at home have inspired shoppers to think outside the box, and Paula has plenty of advice to share for getting the perfect theme.

At Bows & Wreaths you’ll find beautiful baubles, ribbons, floral arrangements, centrepieces, handmade wreaths and garlands made-to-order – some of which you won’t find anywhere else.
Paula’s passion for crafts lasts all year round, but Christmas is her time to shine. Her seasonal stores are well worth a visit to admire the 10ft traditonal tree, or quirky harlequin statement tree new in for 2021.
Whatever the colour scheme of your home, Paula has a wreath to suit. The vast majority are suitable for outdoors – although they may not look weather-resistant, Paula has carefully sourced her materials to get the best long-lasting fabrics and florals that you can use year after year – and some up to 20 years.
