Miss Donegal Kirsty O’Donnell has raised €1,000 for Little Angels Special School following a successful coffee morning.

The Letterkenny student is a finalist in the Miss Ireland competition this year.

As part of her charity efforts, she hosted a coffee morning at Sip & Slice Ramelton on August 18th.

Sip & Slice kindly gave tea and coffees out by donation. Sweet treats were kind donated by cakes by Swatee and cakes by Katie.

Kirsty said: “It was a brilliant morning with such an amazing turn out. It is amazing to see the things people can do when we come together. I successfully raised €1000 with the help of everyone who joined in on the coffee morning for Little Angels Special School.

“A big thank you to Sip and Slice who allowed me to hold my coffee morning at their coffee dock. It wouldn’t have been possible without them and not to forget Cakes by Swatee and Cakes by Katie for all the treats.”

Kirsty is one of three young local women in the Miss Ireland 2021 final, which takes place in September. Also competing are Miss Donegal Town, Nicole Harron and Miss Donegal North, Layla Doherty.
