The Raphoe woman has teamed up with a college friend to launch ‘On Growing’, a series that delves into the things that we weren’t taught in school.
Sarah and her co-host Eva Phelan from Tralee share their experiences of navigating adulthood, the highs and lows, and “just generally trying to figure life out as we go”.
Sarah explains: “Through a collection of our own experiences, we answer the questions everyone seems to have about growing up and trying to find your place in the world, from a ‘been there, done that’ perspective.”
The first episode is about college, and in the coming weeks they will be talking about relationships, growing up as a woman, puberty, periods, jobs and more.
“Anything to do with learning how to ‘adult’, we’ll be covering,” Sarah says.
