Restrictions may have halted a large section of our local music scene, but one show is connecting artists wherever they are and sharing their music with the world.
The Wild Atlantic Women network have released their fifth show of music and arts performances this week.
Recorded remotely in Inishowen, the programme is a celebration of local female talent alongside special guests and stunning Donegal scenery.
The ‘Wild Atlantic Wednesdays’ series is curated by Letterkenny musician and teacher Brighdin Carr, who has refused to let restrictions halt collaborations in the creative community.
The weekly WAW show features songs, stories, poems and music from the Wild Atlantic Women members and WAGs ( Wild Atlantic Guests ) too.
The shows have been dedicated to the Donegal diaspora who would like to hear some sweet notes from home at this time.
