The No Barriers Foundation are hosting their first charity ball in just one week's time, and it looks set to be one of the biggest social events of the summer.

Set in the stunning surrounds of Castle Grove Country House, the black-tie ball on Saturday 8th June will be a sparkling celebration in aid of a much-valued local service.

There are limited tickets remaining, so make sure to get yours to avoid disappointment. Tel: 0749111010 to book tickets or get yours now at JT Physiotherapy Letterkenny.

The No Barriers Charity Ball is launched at Castle Grove Country House: L-R, Johnny Loughrey, Karoline Sweeney, David Hone, Sharon Gildea and Stephen McNally

The evening will include food, drinks and fantastic entertainment all in aid of the specialist rehabilitation services provided by the non-profit No Barriers Foundation.

A charity auction promises to thrill and there will be special guests shining a light on the benefits of exoskeleton physical therapy and inclusive exercise. Afterwards, local band Raw will be rocking the dancefloor into the early hours.

The ball will also be an opportunity to see the No Barriers Exoskeleton in action. This state-of-the-art robotic technology was purchased by the group in 2018 to enable local people diagnosed with spinal injury, stroke, MS, and brain injury, amongst others, to stand up and walk.

All proceeds raised from the No Barriers Ball will fund the future of the foundation, which operates the only exoskeleton in Ireland that is available to the public and is fully staffed five days a week.

The No Barriers foundation also plan to invest in exercise equipment to create an inclusive gym environment where wheelchair users and those with varying levels of mobility can train side by side with others within their community.

If you would like to support the positive steps taken by No Barriers, why not come along to the charity ball and enjoy a fun night out for a great cause. Castle Grove is wheelchair accessible and everyone is very welcome on the night.

Remaining tickets are available from JT Physiotherapy, Ramelton Rd, Letterkenny. Tel: 0749111010
