A lucky Aer Lingus passenger got a surprise extra when flying to the States this week when Daniel put on a special performance for her birthday.
A woman called Annie was celebrating a milestone birthday when the aircrew invited the star passenger to serenade her.
Daniel, who is always happy to grant his loyal fans’ wishes, took over the in-flight telecom to sing ‘Happy Birthday’ to Annie. The expert showman got the whole plane singing, much to the delight of the birthday girl.
Daniel’s musical gift looks like it made Annie’s day, before he topped it off with a lovely hug and kiss.
Daniel’s impromptu performance took place as he and Majella were flying to the USA on Tuesday to kick-off their American Road Trip.
The couple will be travelling in an RV across the States and taking on many adventures to be recorded for a new RTE series. Stay tuned for more on this!
