Donegal pair Roma McLaughlin and Amber Barrett will be honoured at the Continental Tyres Women’s National League awards next Thursday.
Greencastle’s McLaughlin and Milford native Barrett both play for the Dublin-based Peamount United.
Midfielder McLaughlin and striker Barrett have been included in the Team of the Year. Both players were capped by the Republic of Ireland in 2016.
McLaughlin was the Young Player of the Year last season and is again nominated for that award.
She is up against Shelbourne pair Leanne Kiernan and Noelle Murray.
Barrett scored 16 goals in the 2016 season and will collect the Irish Daily Mail Golden Boot award.
