Clare McNickle has a lot to celebrate today. Not only is she welcoming customers back to her boutique for the first time this year, she is also celebrating 21 years in business!

The popular Letterkenny businesswoman has had a rollercoaster year at Clare Clothing.

There have been openings, closures, openings again and a move to a beautiful new store on Main Street.

But through it all, the ever-resilient Clare has always been there for her customers.

Clare McNickle opened her new store on Main Street in December 2020

From her first job at Austins & Co. in Derry at the age of 17, to being promoted to work in the London fashion scene, retail has always been Clare’s passion.

She opened her own independent store on Port Road in 2000, and has been a trend-setter in the town ever since, thanks to her flair for styling, sourcing premium chic brands and outstanding care for every customer.

Clare’s work with the Letterkenny Chamber, local charities and the Donegal Women in Business Network place her firmly at the heart of the business community, and on this special day, some friends would like to wish Clare a very happy business anniversary:
