- To change your life
- To change your health for the better
- To get work on getting in shape
- To change jobs if you are unhappy
- To take the chances you are currently afraid to take
Right now, millions of people are waiting for tomorrow to come, so they can do all the things that they keep putting off.
The past 16 weeks has left people in 2 camps.
Those who want to do everything
Those who are not ready
You may be nervous about getting out again and getting back to normality.
But what matters most is that you are you making the best possible use of your time right now and stop wasting precious time always waiting for tomorrow.
I know that it is difficult, but trust me, the sooner you get started the sooner you will feel better that you did.
I come across this type of nervousness all the time in the gym.
In the gym situation, people are afraid to commit to trying to change because they are afraid to fail.
The best piece of advice that I can give people is to just start.
You don’t have to make any drastic changes either.
You can start small, like getting out for a walk, or you can start with a larger step, like finally joining a gym.

No matter which step you take, just know that it is the right one.
For years we have become accustomed to holding ourselves back.
- Feeling like we are not good enough.
- Not ready to start.
- Won’t know where to begin.
- Won’t be fit enough to join the gym.
- Won’t have the will power to lose the weight.
- Will look silly of you try and start walking or jogging.
- What will people say if we fail?
These thoughts run through our minds all the time whenever we think about starting to make changes in our lives.
They are the reason that we are still in a place where we don’t want to be with our health and our weight.
They are the reason that we are not happy with how we are currently eating but can’t seem to change our habits.
They are the reason that we can’t seem to motivate ourselves to make a permanent change.
But they are only thoughts and we can change how we think.
It does not matter if you are ready to start or not, just start.
There is never a right time.
The more you wait for the right time, the more of this year will pass and the more you will waste, waiting on the ‘right’ time to come.
When that thought comes into your head to start, do it.
JUST DO IT!
Start at YOUR starting point and take the first step.
Don’t try and compare yourself to anyone else, compare yourself to you and how you were last week and the weeks before.
If you are improving on that each week, you are winning.
If you can continue to do this on a regular basis and get to a point where you are happy;
So, get up, take action and stop wasting another minute waiting on tomorrow.
