My 4-Minute Makeup look using 4 product:

Although we have all the time in the world right now to experiment with makeup, in a few short months we will be back to early morning hustle and bustle. This is my go-to makeup look for everyday wear.

It includes 4 Lynda Strain products and takes me around 4 minutes to complete.

Products Used:

HD6 Foundation – Collagen based foundation that plumps & firms the skin whilst leaving your skin with a natural dewy look

Vintage – Matte Long-lasting Lipstick

Cookie Palette – Brows and Cheeks for highlight

Diamond Mascara – Containing natural polymers to add length and vitamins to strengthen lashes.

My favourite Lynda Strain product?

I adore the velvet mattes but I think the best investment is the cookie palette, I love dual-purpose products and that palette does SO MUCH. I can do brows, an array of eye looks and highlight and a touch of colour on the cheeks from that one palette. It’s my “go to” when travelling too to save me carrying multiple products.

Favourite look?

I’m not a massive fan of anything heavy or bright on my own eyes – they can look fab on others but I like my own makeup a little bit more stripped back!

I would much rather a statement lip (Lynda Strain velvet matte in Sunset Blvd) or a fluffy lash (SoSu Naomi lash) to take centre stage in my makeup looks. Nothing beats the classic Hollywood Glam look!! Check out my tutorial for this look!

Fun Fact: The Lipstick that wont Kiss & Tell

We owe our smudge proof pout to a chemist called Hazel Bishop. Hazel developed a formula for long-lasting lipstick while working in a dermatologist’s lab after WW2. During WW2 women wore a deep over painted lip to boost morale.
