Letterkenny singer Sinéad Black will be counting on her supporters to cast their votes over the coming weeks as the stakes are raised on the Glór Tíre talent contest.

Sinead is one of six finalists in the 2020 edition of TG4’s hit country music show.

And the competition is about to heat up tonight as the Glór Tíre eliminations begin.

A well-known wedding singer, Sinead (27) has had an exciting journey on the show so far battling it out to be crowned the winner.

The latest season began in early January where we met the new contestants and their mentors, but now the public gets to decide who will stay and who will go home each week.

Sinéad is mentored by Monaghan’s Ciarán Rosney, and her musical influences include her father Alex Black, Philomena Begley, and Jimmy Buckley.

Joining the show tonight at 9.30pm is last year’s winner John Rafferty from Belfast.

Viewers decide who will stay each week, and can vote by downloading the Glór Tíre app in the app store or on the Google Playstore.
