Emmet from Rushe Fitness sets a new health challenge to try this month.

Sober October has been running for years now, and it is a chance for people to challenge themselves and to give up alcohol for the entire month.

I know we are already one week into October, but we are still going to hit you with this challenge.

If the rest of the month seems too daunting for now, we’re going to make it even easier on you.

I want you to go alcohol free for ONE ENTIRE WEEK!

Seems easy?

Great, let’s give it a try.

Going alcohol free has a range of health benefits beyond the usual weight loss and no more hangovers. It can also help with;

This will also give you a chance to see what life is actually like without it. (It’s not that bad you know)

I know it can be nice to order a beer or a glass of wine when you’re out to eat…. but just for this week, let’s give it a go without it.

Why not get a friend involved and then you can’t blame them for making you have a drink when you are out for dinner. ( I’ve heard it all before, LOL)
