The next Tea & Toast mammy meet-up is set to be a diverse look into personal health and wellbeing.

This month’s event on 18th July will feature two guest speakers: Anne Anderson and Siobhan Monaghan.

Anne is a mum from Gleneely who has been living with Alopecia for over 20 years. Now, she wants to help others. She also talks openly about her life with depression, which she sees as a common but hidden issue. Read Anne’s interview with Donegal Woman here
