Set yourself a goal

Once you commit to a goal (like, “I want to lose 10 pounds by July”), break it into smaller, more manageable pieces, so you can work toward it on a weekly and daily basis (think: “I want to lose 1 pound per week”) and achieve it just in time for summer.

Tip: I personally prefer dry exfoliating. I feel exfoliating in the shower is a waste of your product. When the body is wet, your product is just slipping and sliding off your body, which means your really not getting a good firm scrub. Just before you get into the shower wet your finger tips pour some product and rigorously exfoliate your skin then step into the shower to rinse.your skin will definitely know it’s been exfoliated! Moisturize immedialty after.


Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate

Drinking water is a fantastic habit to start now since it makes your skin glow, fills you up, and can help reduce the appearance of cellulite. Add lemon and cucumber slices or frozen berries to your water. It adds some subtle flavour and vibrant colour to your water, which will encourage you to drink more throughout the day.
