HOW DOES IT WORK?

The structure of a single hair is made up of 3 parts: the hair cuticle, the cortex and the medulla. When the Lifting product is applied during the treatment, the hydrogen comes into contact with the air and oxidizes. This creates a chemical process which breaks down the disulphate bonds in each hair, allowing them to move into a new shape. The next step is applying the volumiser, which reforms the disulphate bonds into their new shape, which is long and lifted with maximum volume.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE / LAST?

Around 30 minutes with an expert lash technician. It’s a closed-eye procedure too! So time to relax and take a power nap. You’re then set for up to 6-8 weeks. That’s a lot of days to have your lashes-on-fleek!

DOES THE LASH LIFTING PROCEDURE HURT?

No, the procedure is totally painless. You will have your eyes closed for the entire treatment and although it may feel a little strange being unable to open your eyes for this time, it offers you a chance to relax during the treatment.

WILL IT DAMAGE MY NATURAL LASHES?

We ensure proper lash lift procedures are followed. You can be assured that all our products used have been specifically formulated and tested to prevent damage to your lashes.

CAN I STILL WEAR MASCARA

You can still wear mascara and use make-up remover, though your lashes will look so good you certainly won’t need to.

COULD I HAVE A REACTION TO THIS TREATMENT?

Very few people have a reaction to the product but that doesn’t mean you won’t be one of them. What one person reacts to, another is fine with. This is why you can opt to have a patch test 24 hours beforehand. A patch test is quick and simple. It consists of us placing 2 drops of the product behind the ear. Wiping it off and waiting to see if any subsequent irritation occurs over the next 24 hours such as redness, itching or inflammation for example.

CAN I WEAR MAKE-UP AFTER MY LASH LIFT?

Yes, but it is advised that you leave your lashes untouched for at least 24 hours after your treatment. You may find that there is no need for mascara anyway, but if you wish to make your lashes even fuller, a non-waterproof mascara is advised, as the removal of waterproof mascaras can be harsh on the lashes and weaken the lift.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY EYES?

Gently, by using mild products and always wait 24 hours before doing this.

CAN I USE AN EYELASH CURLER?

No. There will be no need for an eyelash curler as this treatment gives a much better result than using a curler, but more importantly, using one may weaken and damage your lashes.

WHAT AFTERCARE IS INVOLVED?

No maintenance other than a regular lick of our nourishing Lash & Brow Conditioning Serum that’s it!
