IDA Ireland is set to benefit from the communications expertise of Céline Crawford with this latest appointment.

Donegal native Céline Crawford has been appointed as Press and PR Manager of IDA, Ireland’s Foreign Direct Investment Agency.

In her new role Céline will be responsible for managing a strong team who deliver IDA Ireland’s communications strategy with a vision to be the best and most successful Investment Promotion Agency in the world.

Originally from Raphoe, Co. Donegal, Céline is the only daughter of Helen Crawford and the late William Crawford, a well-known Donegal entrepreneur and businessman. She is a past pupil of the Royal & Prior Comprehensive School and St. Eunan’s National School in Raphoe.

Prior to joining IDA Ireland Céline was a senior Client Director with MKC Communications one of Ireland’s leading communications agencies, where during her nine year tenure she was responsible for the implementation of external communications programmes for a number of high profile multinational clients including Google.

Before this, Céline worked as an Account Director with specialist technology and finance PR agency Simpson PR.

Céline holds a Bachelor of Arts (Music and Politics) and a Bachelor of Music from University College Dublin. She also holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations from DIT Aungier Street and a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Irish Times Training Institute.
