The Duchess Of Cornwall Camilla stepped out in an ensemble directly from Donegal during her visit to Kilkenny yesterday.

While her husband Prince Charles was trying his hand at hurling in the grounds of Kilkenny Castle, Camilla was engaging with locals and enjoying the day learning about the area.

Camilla wore a light green dress for the occasion which was made from material gifted to her by Magee 1866. The Royal Couple visited the Magee 1866 weaving mill in Donegal Town during their tour of the county last year.

It is clear she was very taken by the luxury fabric as she had requested for her dressmaker to make a bespoke outfit from the tweed.

Today is the final day of the couple’s visit to Ireland, where they will attend a ceremony at Glasnevin Cemetery in Dublin this morning.

Prince is due to visit the Government buildings for a meeting with Taoiseach Enda Kenny, and the Duchess will visit the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre.
