Binge-watching Gilmore Girls can be done anywhere we like thanks to a new Netflix update.
It has just been announced that Netflix users can now download series and films to watch on the go.
This news has been welcomed all over the world, as people will be able to watch shows without relying on wifi and while they are travelling.
All that users will need to do is click the download button on the details page for a film or TV series and you can watch it later without an internet connection.
“While many members enjoy watching Netflix at home, we’ve often heard they also want to continue their Stranger Things binge while on airplanes and other places where Internet is expensive or limited,” wrote Director of Product Innovation Eddy Wu in a company blog post.
He said that many series and movies are already available for download, and many more will be on the way.
Popular series such as Orange is The New Black, Narcos and The Crown are available for downloading today.
The new feature is included for free in all plans and available for phones and tablets on Android and iOS. It is not yet available for desktop viewing.
To start downloading today, users can update your Netflix app to the most recent version and then enjoy Netflix everywhere you go.
