The next Tea & Toast mammy meet-up is set to be a diverse look into personal health and wellbeing.

The Tea & Toast is an Inishowen-based group hosting casual meet-ups for mothers to get together and learn new tips and tools for taking care of their own mental well-being.

Anne is a mum from Gleneely who has been living with Alopecia for over 20 years. Now, she wants to help others. She also talks openly about her life with depression, which she sees as a common but hidden issue. Read Anne’s interview with Donegal Woman here
