Mothers in Inishowen are all welcome to attend the next Tea & Toast meet-up on Wednesday 13th June.

The Tea & Toast group hosts casual meet-ups for mothers to get together and learn new tips and tools for taking care of their own mental well-being.

This month, the group will be exploring options for mothers in the community and in education. Two guest speakers will be presenting talks on social health and wellbeing and training.

All are welcome to come to the Cockhill Youth Club in Buncrana from 7.30pm to 9.30pm on Wednesday 13th June.

Guest speakers are: 

Carmel Gallagher, Buncrana co-ordinator of Social Prescribing Donegal 
Social Prescribing is a free, HSE service which helps to link you with sources of support and social activities within your community. Discovering new activities or groups in your local area can help to enhance a person’s general health and wellbeing.

Mairead McFadden from Donegal ETB  
Mairead is a Adult Guidance Counsellor she will be discussing career options. Donegal ETB offers a wide variety of apprenticeships, new and exciting Traineeship courses and industry certified courses for people of all ages and backgrounds.
