Mothers in Inishowen are all welcome to attend the next Tea & Toast meet-up on Wednesday 16th May.

The Tea & Toast group hosts casual meet-ups for mothers to get together and learn new tips and tools for taking care of their own mental well-being.

All are welcome to come to the Cockhill Youth Club in Buncrana from 7.30pm to 9.30pm on Wednesday 16th May to hear from two guest speakers.

This month, the topics of Yoga/Reiki and Postnatal Depression will be discussed:

Anne Devereaux
Anne is a mum of two, with a daughter who is 27 and a son who is 24 years old.
In 2013, Anne became Reiki practitioner mostly treating family and friends.
In 2015, Anne completed a 200 hr Hatha Teacher Training course and became a qualified yoga teacher. In September of the same year, Anne completed the pregnancy yoga training.
Anne is about to start an aromatherapy course as she uses essential oils in her yoga classes and during reiki treatments.

Lisa Hamilton
Lisa is a mum to 2 girls who has battled PND and believes she has become a stronger and healthier person due to her journey.
She is a wellness coach helping others to make one simple change in their lifestyle, and she believes nutrition plays an important role in our mental health as well as physical well being.

Mothers of every age and stage of life are welcome to come along to the event.
