Local mothers will be hearing from two interesting guest speakers at the next Tea & Toast meet-up tonight.

The Tea & Toast group hosts casual meet-ups for mothers to get together and learn new tips and tools for taking care of their own mental well-being.

There is a change of venue this month due to high demand, and all are welcome to come to the Cockhill Youth Club in Buncrana from 7.30pm to 9.30pm on March 21st for a casual and friendly event.

Guest Speakers include Genevieve Mc Gee and Elaine Mc Menamin.

Genevieve McGee

Genevieve is a mother of six who is both an artist and a master instructor in Integrated Energy Therapy.

She hosts Sacred Heart women’s circles and is passionate about working with women from all walks of life and creates space to remind them of their own heart’s wisdom.

Genevieve works from a room in Nutri Ki Buncrana and in Derry.

Elaine McMenamin

Elaine McMenamin followed in her father’s footsteps to become an acupuncturist and has also studied Chinese medicine. Elaine works from the Natural Health Centre in Buncrana and she has a serene therapy room in Letterkenny.

Mothers of every age and stage of life are welcome to come along to the next Tea & Toast meet-up this Wednesday 21st March.
