The Villa Rose & Jackson's Hotels Wedding Fayre on Sunday 28th January was a large-scale display of wedding delights and wonderful entertainment.

Love was in the air from the moment couples walked into the foyers of Jackson’s and Villa Rose in Ballybofey. Over two hotels, and two beautiful ballrooms, this year’s wedding fayre showcased over 70 exhibits. Brides and grooms-to-be, friends and families browsed the stalls for inspiration as they planned their most special days.

The Banqueting and Conferencing Team were on hand to meet all the couples and discover how they can make their dreams for a perfect wedding day come true. Ballybofey has become a prime location for weddings in Donegal since the two four-star hotels merged in 2017. The Gallen Family, alongside wedding experts Rhonda, Shannen and the team love to welcome couples and provide them with first class food, elegant surroundings and service for all styles of weddings.

Guests at the fayre were able to envisage their own wedding days as they explored the sparkling venues and viewed the intimate in-house civil ceremony settings.

Some of the most creative and experienced wedding companies from across the North West and beyond were there to give visitors a taste of their services. Live music and a thrilling performance from Raymond Sweeney of Titanicdance kept everyone entertained during the afternoon.

The Villa Rose Hotel & Spa had much to celebrate this week after being named by TripAdvisor as one of the Top 10 hotels in Ireland for the second year in a row. It has been a busy 12 months since the Gallen Family started managing Jackson’s Hotel and the interest in the venue from couples has been huge.

It’s clear that Villa Rose and Jackson’s Hotels are in for a great few years, judging by the number of couples who were eager to meet the professional wedding team and discuss their dreams for 2018, 2019, 2020 and beyond.
