Aoife is a highly experienced and knowledgeable personal trainer with over 11 years experience within the health and fitness industry.

She specialises in weight loss training, resistance training and the rehabilitation and prevention of sports and occupational injuries.

One thing that Aoife offers to suit most local women is an exclusively private, non-intimidating, non-judgemental, completely confidential, professional training facility. The gym is located just outside Letterkenny centre at Unit 2, Hegartys Ford Garage, Mountain Top.

The range of classes include Bootcamp, Total Body Sculpt, 50 & Fabulous, Circuit & Core, HIIT, Core Conditioning, and MEN – male-only exercise. There’s something to suit every level of fitness and age.

Aoife has tailored her classes to suit everyone in the best way possible. The Mums on the Run course is popular for its complimentary supervised childminding and sessions are adapted to individuals’ needs if they have pelvic floor weakness, c-sections, etc.

Aoife and Kirsty provide all members with the motivation and accountability to complete your programme and offer a follow up maintenance platform. They also have well established referral system in place including local GP’s and physiotherapists.

Aoife has a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science, a Bsc Hons in Sport & Exercise Science, qualifications in fitness instruction, personal training and certificates in pre and post natal, kettlebell, suspension and strength and conditioning training.

Kirsty Nugent joined her team last year, and is currently available for one to one personal training and small group training. Kirsty also has an extensive list of skills: she has a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science, Bsc Hons in Sport & Exercise Science, Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health, Diploma in Personal Nutrition and qualifications in personal training and fitness instructing.

“Kirsty’s work ethic and professionalism is second to none and her bubbly energetic personality is infectious,” Aoife said.

Kirsty facilitates the M.E.N (male exercise & nutrition) programme: Sessions consist of carefully monitored weight training, core and cardiovascular exercises with monthly workshops provided on nutrition and overall health and well being.
M.E.N is ideal if you:
