The Late Late show line up for this Friday 13th has a surprising activity included – a Botox procedure live on air.

Amanda Brunker is going under the needle in a segment dedicated to cosmetic procedures.

Ryan Tubridy will be welcoming a doctor who says botox and lip fillers are becoming commonplace in Ireland. It’s all down to women’s desires to look like a Kardashian apparently, and there will be a live demonstration of the increasingly popular lip filler procedure too.

The former Miss Ireland and well-known Irish celeb will be opening up about her experience in the cosmetic industry.

Amanda Brunker, aged 42, is unashamedly a lover of Botox. “Botox is the only answer to curbing the rot,” she wrote in the Irish Independent in 2015, “I love the benefits of what a little prick can bring me – insert your own jokes here – but as injections go, a Botox-filled syringe is the least painful and the most ego-enhancing one a person could ever get.”

Amanda seems to be feeling the nerves ahead of the show tonight, tweeting today: “What could possibly go wrong on Friday the 13th?”
