There are so many ideas out there when it comes to glamming up your nails, however very few of them are doable when you have a hectic work life or when you may not be very artistic! Here are a few ideas to glitz up your nails this Christmas:
A simple Christmassy red can’t go far wrong! If you’re really tight for time and aren’t too great at working with your hands, this classic, sophisticated look is a solid safe choice.
If you’re a little more daring, you can top this red with a bit of glitter, to add some sparkle to your Christmas night out! A red or even gold glitter would look great against the plush base of a red nail. Other base colours would also look great with a silver glitter to finish off. You could put glitter on all of your nails, or you could put it on just one nail, giving a funky vibe.
Festive nail stickers are very effective and add a fun and colourful element to your fingers. A bright cheerful red or deep midnight blue would enhance these nail stickers and really show off the characters (Santas, snowmen, candy canes etc) Little nail jewel gems are also very effective as they’re sparkly and festive!
If you want to go crazy but don’t have the artistic skills to go insane, just paint every nail a different festive color -green, red, blue, purple, silver gold etc. This look is really funky and definitely will make your nails stand out!
You can turn your nails into little candy canes, with red white and a little dash of silver. Just paint the tips red or white (whatever you prefer) and continue switching colours as you paint your nail to create a candy cane. It looks even better if you make the colours slightly slanted as you paint your nail.
These simple ideas for Christamassy nails will make your outfit even merrier and more dashing than you would have expected!
