Tis is the season of goodwill... and the giving spirit is expected to be very strong this year in Letterkenny.
The Christmas Spirit LK team have brought the community together once more to make a special music video.
‘Put A Little Love In Your Heart’ was recorded by local businesses and will have local celebrities and well-known faces coming together one purpose – to raise money for the Donegal Hospice and Pieta House.
This year’s project is due to be bigger and better than the last. Using the hashtag #LetterkennyCares, they are setting a target to raise €2500 over 25 days (1st Dec-25th Dec).
The video will be screened for the first time at An Grianan Theatre @ 6pm on Thursday, the 1st of December.
The Christmas spirit will have to keep everyone warm as this will be an outdoors event with a projection show in front of An Grianan.
There will be complimentary mulled wine and mince pies provided by An Grianan Theatre and the cafe bar will be open throughout the evening.
With the Christmas spirit going strong, Santa Claus will be there to meet the children of Letterkenny.

This music video has been the product of more than three months’s work by the Christmas Spirit LK team. Fifteen people gave their time, efforts and talents to the project, and it has now been brought together after many rehearsals, meetings and organising.
Christmas Spirit LK is a charity fundraising initiative established in 2015.
The #LetterkennyCares campaign was organised to raise money for charities at Christmas time by bringing their donation links direct to the public, and all the while spreading some Christmas Spirit through a classic Christmas song.
